To associate (used as a verb) means to enter into union or to link or connect in the mind or imagination.

We teach energy healing students how to associate while performing their energy training exercises.  Our training method shows a student how to keep relaxed while associating.  Then when they perform their energy exercises they remain in a cool temperature condition.  When students associate with these specialized energy exercises a heat factor can build up.  Heat in this method needs to be cooled down.

This is why our students use the Tri-concept while doing their energy exercises.  A student learns to use a gentle focus while building up their healing energy form.  The Tri-concept helps the student remain in a cool temperature and good feeling condition while performing our high level energy exercises.  It is this type of energy form they can use in Quantum energy healings.  In psychology and psychiatry to disassociate means to have a perceived detachment of the mind from the emotional state or even from the body.

Students learn in month one the nerve fiber exercises they perform builds up the body’s nerve fibers.  They learn that the nerve fibers are located throughout their entire body. The nerve fiber system is the wiring harness, which delivers electrical messages to the muscles, vital organs and glands in the body. This is how our brain and body send information packets of electrical messages through the nerve fiber system to all our vital parts. These messages are bioenergy packets at the subatomic level which are also called biophotons.

Students develop their nerve fibers into a stronger system by practicing their nerve fiber building exercise daily.  This buildup allows for high levels of  bioenergy to flow throughout the entire nerve fiber system.  Imagine the mental, physical and emotional benefits of messages delivered throughout the body at an increased rate.

Typically, when a student dis-associates from the energy exercises, the energy can build up haphazardly causing the student unwanted side effects. These unwanted side effects can considerably slow down the rate of the bioenergy messages throughout the body. Too much heat building up in the body, can cause these electrical packets to start to send messages into the endocrine system causing a fight or flight response.

We teach the student how to avoid unwanted side effects.  Our Chi Energy students train in using the Tri-concept, which teaches the students how to use an energy form while maintaining a good feeling and cool temperature in their body.

Chakras and True Colors

Colors play an interesting role in chi development, so much so that a myriad of terms and theories around the importance of and integration with specific colors and color patterns has woven its way into the exotic terminologies of chi development over the centuries.

Sadly, although their intentions were good, the originators of heretofore chi-color theories did not benefit from nor have access to the information produced by 21st century scientists. Fortunately, we do.

As demonstrated in the article “Energy Healing & Wavelengths from the Sky, colors are components of the spectrum of [white] of light. What is not widely known that although the eye is the sensory mechanism that registers the electromagnetic energy that is light, it is the brain that assigns light its corresponding color value: the brain determines color, not the eye.

Researchers from The University of Chicago and Vanderbilt University demonstrated that an object’s color and shape are represented in different parts of the brain. When playing catch, for example, the brain recognizes and assigns a value for the shape, color, and velocity of the object more commonly referred to as a baseball. In the aptly titled article “Study Shows That It Is Our Brains, Not Eyes, That See Color, Gene Ostrovsky quotes Shevell, the Eliakim Hastings Moore Distinguished Service Professor in Psychology and Ophthalmology & Visual Science as saying:

“The knitting together, or what can be called ‘neural gluing,’ of all those different features so we see a unified object is a complex function done by the brain. Our research focused on how the brain does that.”

Through a technique called binocular rivalry, the researchers from The University of Chicago and Vanderbilt University were able to trick the brain by presenting a different image to each eye, thus scrambling the communication between the eyes. Instead of both eyes seeing in unison, the eyes were sending divergent and competing signals, and caused the brain to show its true colors [pun intended].

According to Shevell:

“The brain has difficulty integrating the two eyes’ incompatible signals. When the signals from the two eyes are different enough, the brain resolves the conflicting information by suppressing the information from one of the eyes. We exploited this feature of the brain with a method that caused the shape from one eye to be suppressed but not its color.”

In the article “Chakra Healing Energy & Colors…, the importance of the correlation between chi training and that it is the brain that interprets/assigns color is made readily apparent. As noted, the colors associated with the Northern Lights are a direct resultant of interaction between the electromagnetic field and various ions/charged particles available for consumption; “blue”, for example, is a result of large amounts of a charged form of nitrogen in the atmosphere.

Minerals play a very important role in the well-being of the human body, each mineral and combination thereof having key roles and attributes. The Massachusetts Institute of Technology lists 22 minerals in the composition of the human body; the Blood Index Organization lists 44. Often, the sources for these minerals come from the foods we consume. All this is to say that, the brain uses the minerals in our own bodies to constantly assign colors to our everyday world. Again, the “blue” we see in the Northern Lights is a result of large amounts of a charged form of nitrogen in the atmosphere; in the process of interpreting the frequency of the electromagnetic signal communicated by our eyes, the quantum computer that is our brain “burns” the same minerals and combinations thereof to effectively match the signal, and provide us with a resulting color; this is why red is red, and not blue.

[The human body generates electromagnetic energy and uses electricity to communicate via its nerve system. How is this any different than the macrocosm we observe in nature?]

As noted in the opening statement, colors do in fact play an interesting role in chi development. We caution the practitioner to use them wisely – extreme techniques are taxing enough on the body in and of themselves. Constantly engaging in and drawing upon the usage of colors for extreme techniques depletes the body and will require addition [and mindful] mineral management and upkeep. The Chakras: How the Rainbow Colors came to be…

Did you ever wonder how the colors of the chakras found their way into our present culture?  I did.

As an energy worker and certified teacher of yoga, I have been taught by a variety of systems how to activate my chakras.  I invested time in private training with those who specialized in chakra activation.  I’d spent numerous hours in meditative focus trying to activate my chakras based on their associated color.  The reason for this effort I was told is that once I balanced the chakra’s colors I would enjoy a healthier body and mind.  I was promised spiritual enlightenment would occur through the chakra’s activation process.  After I put in considerable time and effort, I was disappointed.  So I decided, I needed to do my own research into chakras.  This is when I began to dig into a more historical understanding of chakras.  The first thing I found out was that ancient chakras were basically colorless.

Let me share with you what I found in a brief historical review of the chakras with relation to color, including the eastern verses western view on chakras colors and lastly the current rainbow theory of the chakra system.  I’ll keep this article on task, since I found no one source can be solely the authoritative end all on the topic of chakras.   Let’s begin with the origin of the chakra colors or the term chakra which is varied according to what authorities repetitively write about them.  What I’ve learned is that there is no mention of “chakra colors” in the Upanishads. For those of us that know little about The Upanishads, they are a collection of texts http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Upanishads that supposedly has secret and sacred knowledge.

One authority states, “I’ve come across “The Hindu religious texts, the Upanishads, dating from around the 7th-8th century BCE, first mentioned the existence of this cosmic energy called prana, which was received by all living creatures upon the Earth; however it was not until sometime between the 2nd century BCE and the 2nd century AD that the first mention was made of “chakras”. http://users.adam.com.au/bstett/SkepticsChakras137.html.

Still another authority states, “the first known mention of chakras appeared in a number of early Upanishads around 7-800 BCE.  Later Upanishads around 200 BCE – 200 CE, namely Shri Jabala Darshana Upanishad, Cudamini Upanishad, Yoga-Shikka Upanishad and Shandila Upanishad, made reference to tantric concepts such as chakras and mantras, and gave both locations and symbolism.  In the 10th century, the Gorak­shash­ata­kam, written by Guru Goraknath, gave information on the powers of awakening and meditating on the chakras as sited in the article “A Brief History of the Chakras“.

Then there are authorities such as this author in Wikipedia that discuss the color orientation of the “Chakras” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chakra.   However, upon closer examination I saw that the references to the “color” claims are in need of a “citation”.  This means their statement is in need of references to reliable sources which the author has not provided as yet per Wikipedia.  Other Chakra articles, such as http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Ray_Baskerville, points out “Despite everything you may have heard or read about chakras, there is no unified theory or explanation of exactly what the chakras are and what they do. Unfortunately, much of the information on chakras is simply a repeating of what has been said or written elsewhere and the basis of its authority is only from in their repetition. Very often components from different theories become mixed together adding to the confusion and misunderstanding”.  I was beginning to see the repetitive way that chakra authorities state their position and meaning according to their unknown sources.

Here is one authority I believe sums the chakra current claims:  “While all these references are suggestive and intriguing, they are ultimately only precursors to what we currently understand as the chakra system. Despite the extravagant claims made by some chakra enthusiasts, there is little evidence that the seven-chakra system as we know it today, is really any part of an unbroken tradition dating to antiquity.” http://chakras.egoplex.com/chapter1.html.”

We can understand based on this last author’s comments that the Chakra system has been transformed.  The Chakras as the historical story tells had been ratified over time by the ancients who had interpreted the ancient Upanishads Vedic texts.  This is even present in the chakras origin on the dual yogic and Tantric systems that founded and interpreted these subtle energy centers.  If this wasn’t complex and fractured enough about chakras, it becomes more so as the west interprets the eastern view on chakras.  First was an adaptation of the Kundalini chakra system with a western view, then a Theosophical view of chakras and lastly our present new age interpretations.  It was Sir John Woodroffe complex body of chakra work called titled “The Serpent Power” http://www.scribd.com/doc/117167217/seprent-power-complete that took Kundalini to a new level.  Later from this complex Kundalini body of work, came the now predominate western Theosophical view of C.W. Leadbeater in his book “The Chakras” that took strong hold of the western view of the chakras.  www.anandgholap.net/Chakras-CWL.pdf  look for Mahatma C.W. Leadbeater: Chakras.

Now this is where it gets interesting, the last influential person Christopher Hills, develops his own personal version of the rainbow colors of the chakra system.  He published a book entitled “Nuclear Evolution” in the early 70’s, which probably did as much as Leadbeater to influence Western thinking about the chakras.  Today this book is the western new age foundation for the Chakra Rainbow System.  “In a very thick book, Nuclear Evolution, published in the early 1970s, Hills suggests that each of the chakras corresponds to one of the seven colours of the spectrum.  He then associates each chakra and colour with a particular personality type.  A great deal of his book “Nuclear Evolution” is devoted to explaining each of these personality types in detail.  His typology is quite fascinating, and certainly equal in profundity to the personality typology of comparable systems of character analysis, such as Carl Jung and Humanistic Astrology.  Although the psychological aspects of this theory did not catch on, the idea of matching the seven chakras with the seven colours of the spectrum was so appealing that just about every book on the chakras written since then show the chakras in rainbow colours.”  136_leadbeater-charles-the-chakras“ It would seem plausible to identify the rainbow chakras with the etheric body chakras in Barbara Ann Brennan’s formulation, and perhaps also the focal concentration points in Mantak Chia’s “Healing Tao” microcosmic orbit.  The rainbow chakras therefore, if they have any validity at all, have validity inasmuch as they pertain to the etheric bodies.” 136_leadbeater-charles-the-chakras.  Or as quoted in Wikipedia on the new age rainbow chakras “The convergence of these two distinct healing traditions and their common practitioners’ own inventiveness have led to an ever-changing and expanding array of concepts in the western world.  According to medical intuitive and author, Caroline Myss who described chakras in her work Anatomy of the Spirit (1996), “Every thought and experience you’ve ever had in your life gets filtered through these chakra databases. Each event is recorded into your cells…”, in effect your biography becomes your biology.”

After studying all this research, I started to understand why trying to activate my color chakras had no effective change for my physical or emotional stability.  Nor did I experience my greatest desire which was tuning more deeply into my spiritual self.  Some of the side effects I experienced from focusing on chakra activations were very sleepy reactions and headaches, but I had no lasting significant expected changes from chakra training.  These unfulfilled desires are what led me to the online School of Chi Energy.  At The School of Chi Energy, I learned that chakras are bioenergy circuits that work like a vortex.  These vortexes are activated with the student’s ability to make a bioenery form together along with taking it through that particular body part.  I learned through practical application and practice that various repetitive flow patterns resulted in extraordinary experiences in consciousness along with emotional stability and better physical health.  These results were more of what I expected.  I learned to activate my (chakras) or seven vortexes in The School of Chi Energy Method The School based all their chakra information on the latest scientific research of how energy actually affects your body.  By going through the School, I was able to change what were metaphysical concepts into practical application.  I learned that chakras were something that you could physically feel and sometimes physically see.  Stay tune for the next article on Chakra training and information on how chakras really activate.

Colors, it turns out, are specific wavelengths of visible light and have accompanying energy depending on said wavelength.  The attribute not only fluctuates as your mind attempts to dial-in the specific color, but so does your corresponding chi.  A bench-marking effect is needed so as to not only fully harness the mind’s ability to access specific colors in a repeatable fashion, but also dial-in these attributes, on command and on demand, when needed; as you reach the upper echelons in Chi Energy Cultivation, the extreme techniques which attracted many of us to this type of training will require these never-before-realized nuances of color attributes and the specific roles each color plays.

Although the psi-related abilities, such as the concept of moving objects via telekinesis, fill many of us with excitement, it is not about the physical power or sensation of the chi. Rather, these abilities are the resultants of techniques honed to a level of expert craftsman precision.

As per the hyperlink above, you can readily see and make a correlation to colors, their wavelengths, and each color’s corresponding energy. Although the mind interprets “white and black” as bland attributes, the science backs the training, demonstrating that the power- the energetic properties of light- is a direct result of the shorter wavelength of colors that approach (and in the case of pitch black) go beyond violet.

Colors & Formed-Chi

Unfortunately, formed chi is inherently hot. In the book, why does E=mc2?, by Cox and Forshaw, we are given insight into the reason why:
“But it is no easy task to push protons together to that distance because of their electromagnetic repulsion. One way to do it requires the protons to be moving extremely fast, and this in turn means a very high temperature indeed because temperature is essentially nothing more than a measure of the average speed of things; the molecules of water in a hot cup of tea are jiggling around more than the molecules in a cold pint of beer.”

As chi is formed into specific shapes, the very act of clumping the subatomic particles creates heat. As stated above, the heat associated with this effort is also what makes it difficult to form the image- hot particles joggle about and do not stay in place.

As mentioned during the seminar on Colors, light can be frozen. The significance here is not on the technological process that accomplishes the freezing of light, but rather, the fact itself: light can be frozen. This means that the physical temperature, the mental concept of the heat attribute of lights, as well as any color, is malleable and can be manipulated and controlled via the mind.

Furthermore, as indicated in the Color Seminar, light can be stopped.  Again, the significance is not about the technological process associated with the stopping of light, but rather absorbing and integrating the concept into your Chi Energy Cultivation.

Colors & the Human Body

Like the Earth itself, each human being puts off an electromagnetic field. The medical field utilizes this fact in scan-related technologies, such as the EEG, when wanting to investigate human body without being… intrusive…

The relevance is that, when we engage in creating colors via adding these specific attributes to chi, we are using minerals and fuel stores within the human body. Over time, without proper (and mindful) nourishment, fluctuating from color-to-color proves to be somewhat hard on the body. As many of you have found out, aspects of Chi Energy that the body finds less than enjoyable are areas where it does not cooperate…
